No surprise but Apple ranked No. 1. The undeniable No. 1 brand worldwide for six years and still counting, Apple maintains as the No. 1 in this year’s survey. 

Over full marks, Apple managed to get 85 points. Therefore, no wonder Apple remains the title as a king over the years. Apple won 5 over 9 categorise including perfect score for reviews, impressive tech support, solid keyboard/touchpad and perfect score for software.


Next place goes to Dell. Jumping up form the fifth place to second place, Dell's rises has been something to bemused. Dell managed to won the first place in several categorise such as innovation, value and selection as well as audio.
I am also quite impressed to know that due to Dell's reviews and technical support, the company rose to runner-up.

The third place goes to *drum rolls* HP. Following Dell, HP also shine its way from fourth to third, even it is just one step. The company pays a little more attention to both audio quality and stylish designs. Most of HP lovers know that HP offers huge selection pf prices, styles and configurations from which to choose. Technical support wise, there is nothing you should worry.
